2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to register as a delivery partner or merchant on the YOHO platform.
- By registering, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
3. Account Registration and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify YOHO immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Delivery Partner Obligations
- Delivery partners must ensure all items are handled with care and delivered in a timely manner.
- Any misconduct, negligence, or fraudulent activity may result in suspension or termination from the platform.
- Delivery partners must comply with all local traffic laws and regulations during deliveries.
5. Commission and Payments
- YOHO offers commission-based earning opportunities to delivery partners, which are subject to periodic revisions.
- Payments are made based on completed deliveries and applicable commission slabs.
- YOHO reserves the right to withhold or adjust payments in case of any disputes, fraudulent activities, or policy violations.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Orders once accepted and picked up cannot be cancelled.
- YOHO is not responsible for refund requests; merchants must resolve payment disputes directly with customers.
- In cases of delivery failure due to partner negligence, YOHO may investigate and take appropriate actions.
7. Termination of Use
- YOHO reserves the right to terminate access to the platform for users or delivery partners violating these Terms or engaging in misconduct.
- Upon termination, any pending payments (if applicable and approved) will be processed according to the payout cycle.
8. Limitation of Liability
- YOHO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services.
- YOHO does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and shall not be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen technical issues.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, trademarks, and data on the YOHO platform are the property of Agevole Innovation Pvt. Ltd. and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
- Unauthorized use or reproduction of content is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
